Dr Edward Di Rago

BVSc (Hons) BAnVetBioSc(Hons)

Hi, my name is Eddie Di Rago. I'm originally from Melbourne, Victoria. I graduated from UQ last year (2019) and am starting at the VMC as an Intern.

I have completed a Bachelors of Animal and Veterinary Bioscience from La Trobe University, followed by an honours year of research. This year was focused on the phenomenon of why all black coloured dogs see lower adoption rates, named the Black Dog Syndrome and its standing in Australia.

I have also previously worked at the RSPCA in Victoria as an animal attendant and adoption officer and am very excited to work in a large clinic again, but now on the other side of the fence as a Vet!
